Dance India Dance Season 3 was launched on 24 December 2011 due to the grand success of seasons one and two and now all set for the Grand Finale. As you all know that the show is choreographed by India’s most popular choreographers: Terence Lewis, Remo D’Souza and Geeta Kapoor and who can forget the Grand Master Mithun Chakraborty. It’s been more than four months that the show has been on air and has managed to move your hips and feet. We are just hours away from finding out the winner of Season 3. So are you exited to find out what to expect from the Grand Finale? Hang on… We will surely disclose the details, but let’s first look at the 5 finalist and what is in store for the winner.
Here you go….. We have Mohena Kumari Singh and Sanam Johar from Remo Ke Rangeelay, Rajsmita Kar from Geeta Ki Gang, Pradeep Gurung and Raghav ‘Crockroaz’ Juyal from Terence Ki Toli. News is that all the fifteen contestants will be performing and would be joined by all the three masters. Terence Lewis will do a Jim Morrison act, while Geeta Kapoor will make a grand entry on a huge crown and Remo D’Souza will do a hard-hitting hip hop-freestyle act to the song Zara dil ko tham lo. And not to forget the hosts of the show Jay Bhanushali and Saumya Tandon, as they will also try to impress the audience with their performance. So what will the winner get as reward!! Well the winner of season 3 will be presented with prize of Rs. 3 lakhs, a Maruti Ertiga LUV car and a two-year contract with Zee TV. Interesting right?
Let’s go back in time and find out the winners of the previous seasons. The winners of the 1st season and 2nd season were Salman Khan (Mohammed Y.K. Ghouse), from Bangalore and Shakti Mohan, from Mumbai. So who do you think will win the ‘Taqdeer ki Topi’ this season? Will it be Mohena – princess of Rewa ! Or The Dehradun boy “Slow Motion King” Crockroaz aka Raghav ! Or The dance teacher from Guwahati “Pradeep” ! Or The Hip-Hop queen from Bhubaneshwar “Rajasmita”! Or The Delhi boy “Sanam”!! Who is you favourite dancer? So are you all set to watch the Grand Finale!!
Did we mention what will be the Finale Act of each of the finalists? Not yet!! So here you go:
Mohena : Will be dancing to Man Mohini with a huge Venetian mask.
Raghav: Will dance to the tunes of Chamak challo and Tenu main love, and will teach the audience how to do a slow motion dance!
Pradeep: Freestyle and parkour routine with 40 kids doing a shaolin dance
Rajasmita: With 24 dancers doing an aerial act, hanging above the audiences
Sanam: A mirror ball act replete with free style and contemporary dance moves
Hang on its not yet over, the show cannot be compete without the Celebrity Guests who will present the ‘Taqdeer ki Topi’. Anil Kapoor , Ajay Devgan and Sameera Reddy of movie ‘Tezz‘ will be a part of the finale and also will promote their movie and motivate the final 5.
